The International Freezone Authority was founded in August 2018 in Fujairah and has moved to Dubai in August 2020. It is now under the patronage of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA). It is one of the most popular free trade zones of the Emirates.
The Freezone is very professional and offers a lot of experience as the Freezone is run by former employees of other major Freezones of the Emirates. There are 2 different types of licenses available; Professional (Service & Consultancy) and Commercial (Ecommerce, Trading & Holding).
The Freezone is located in a large office complex on the outskirts of Dubai and you can also lease office space, shared facilities or conference rooms on a daily, weekly or monthly basis at very decent prices.
A Freezone company in Dubai can be established comfortably from home. We will submit all necessary applications via our direct link to the Freezone. The company formation will take around 5 business days. A physical presence in Dubai is only necessary when applying for the residence visa and bank account.
IFZA has a good reputation with UAE banks and therefore you will be able to obtain a corporate bank account. We will provide you with bank names and a list of the required documents. Or you can leave it up to our bank expert to open a corporate bank account on your behalf.

Up to 2 shareholders are included in the above license costs and it is possible to get up to 10 visa eligibilities. Each license includes a virtual office contract. The license costs are reduced by 20% if you opt for a 3 year license.
