The company form in the DMCC is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). It is a legal entity incorporated under the rules and regulations of the Dubai Multi Commodities Center. This kind of company holds its own Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA and AoA). Of course only the chosen business activities that are mentioned on the license can be performed.

1. Distributed Ledger Technology Services:
Ancillary services & Database management solutions based on ledger technology, like Blockchain. If you choose this license you will not be allowed trade, or create an exchange for, currencies (crypto included) & commodities or give any kind of payment processing, brokerage or any financial services.
2. Proprietary Trading in Crypto-commodities
Activity allows you to buy and sell crypto-assets made on ledger applications, and does not allow you to provide services to others.
3. NFTs E-Marketplace Provider
Allows you to provide for an online platform used for the buying & selling of 3rd party NFTs additionally it may help interactions between both counterparties the buyer and the seller for doing so you may charge a return or commission. You are prohibited to use the platform for trading or promoting any crypto assets (including currencies) or NFTs.
4. Metaverse Service Provider
For people that are involved in the hosting and development of virtual (digital) environments, which allow for simulated interactions between people. If you choose this license you will not be permitted to trade in crypto assets or create/issue tokens which are traded on exchanges.
INHOUSE CRYPTO CENTER
You will have the option to take office space within the inhouse crypto center if you have chosen one of the new crypto and blockchain related licenses mentioned above.
The center offers the following options:

With your license you will get so called visa allocations. That means that under the license with flexi desk you could have 3 visas for employees or partners. The actual Residence Visa cost starts at AED3950 for 2-3 years (depending on position). Included in the license is 1 Residence Visa.
